Nick has certainly been able to get back into his routine of a bacon butty in the morning!! Proper Bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, egg, sausage, and brown sauce on a cob (bun) - yes Nick has been in heaven!! Thank you Terry who is the breakfast chef extraordinaire!!
I'll stick with cereal though...more for Nick right?
We also went for a walk down memory lane or should I say Calvert Street and attempted to meet the people who currently live in our old place. No such luck though as no one was home. It does look like the same curtains and probably the same decor as when we lived there!!
We did enjoy a great walk down the river path today from Alvaston to Derby which was nice. The rain managed to stay away just long enough.
Tomorrow we're off to Ireland where weather forecasts more rain!! Ahh it tis the emerald isle!!
Hopefully we'll get a chance to blog from one of our destinations!!

Recognizd the hous where you let me visit several years ago. You sure did entertain me royally.
Leah, Tom and Jamie were visiting today. Jamie is now able to catch a large (18"dia)ball most of the time.
Guess you heard the Obama credentials are being challenged in Federal Court. Our press does not even mention this but there is a lot of poop on the internet. Seems he may have been born in Kenya; so how about checking for his birth certificate when you get to that country?

Hey I don't see any cat poo on the lawn. Obviously the present owners are more prepared for those who travel long distances with a bad back!
